Coffee and Espresso
COFFEE ESPRESSO
Our blends
The combination of coffees from different lands and continents gives life to an espresso with unique and unrepeatable characteristics. The scents and aromas of distant lands come together in an indissoluble bond of love, to conceive a coffee with a full, round taste, capable of satisfying the senses.
Robusta coffee blend
a coffee with a strong and rich taste, with an intense and persistent aroma, full-bodied and with a "chocolaty" taste, you are surely a lover of Robusta coffee, or in any case of a coffee blend with a good percentage of Robusta.
Robusta coffee has a caffeine between 1.7% and 3.5% depending on the variety. It is the second most produced coffee species in the world after Arabica. Discovered in the 18th century in Congo, it owes its name to its particular resistance to diseases and parasites.
Arabica coffee blend
Arabica coffee is aromatic and fragrant, it is more delicate and soft, almost sweet but at the same time a little acid. If you prefer this type of coffee, you are a lover of Arabica coffee or coffee with a good percentage of Arabica.
Arabica coffee contains about half the caffeine of Robusta, from 0.8% to 1.5%. The beans are easily distinguished: those of Arabica are more elongated, oval, those of Robusta instead have a more rounded shape and have a more or less straight groove.
Arabica grows luxuriantly in tropical areas between 900 and 2,200 meters above sea level, with temperatures no higher than 20 ° and with little shade. This species is more delicate than the Robusta variety; it does not tolerate drought or continuous rains, frosts or strong winds.

The Judges completely blindfolded, they follow the strictest standards of sensory analysis. All the data they provide is statistically validated. Only products that meet the requi- rements set by the regulation can receive a medal.
